FLL EV3 Programming Camp

with CMU’s Girls of Steel

Please complete the following application completely. Only one form should be completed per student. We may not be able to accept all applicants because of the limited number of spots in the camp. There will be a waiting list for campers signed up after the camp is full. Each day will be the same curriculum, so campers need to only pick one day. Registration deadline is July 10th.

Camp dates: Tuesday, July 11th and Thursday, July 13th
Location: Woodland Valley Church, 225 Crowe Ave, Mars PA 16046
Camp time: 9 am to 3 pm.
Camp fee: $45
Campers to supply a bag lunch.

If you are entering grades 4 to 8 (9 to 14 years old) and interested in learning about what it's like to participate on a FIRST LEGO League (FLL) team or if you are already on a team and would like to get more experience building robots and using the EV3 software, sign up for this camp. Experience is not required. The camp runs from 9 am to 3 pm, July 11th and July 13th at the Woodland Valley Church located at 255 Crowe Ave, Mars PA 16046.

To be eligible for the camp, you must be going into grades 4 to 8 in September 2017. Please go to this website http://www.firstlegoleague.org/challenge/participationrules for more details about FLL team participation rules if you are curious about joining an FLL team after the camp.

There is a $45 fee payable* upon acceptance that will go toward materials and other camp expenses.

Email will be our primary means of communication. If it so happens that the student does not have an email address, we recommend that he or she make one to list in this survey under student email or write in a parent's email address. There will also be a parent/guardian email list, so please include the email addresses that the parents/guardians check most often.

If you have any questions or concerns, please always contact Coach Becky Miller via info@marsfirstrobotics.org for a response.
